1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and CasinoMCW ("Platform", "We", or "Company"). • Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation.

Casinomcw reserves the right to take immediate action, including suspending or terminating an account without prior notice, in the event of a serious breach of this section.

9Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content on the casinomcw platform — including logos, interface design, graphics, text, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of casinomcw or parties that have licensed it to us. These rights are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

• You are not permitted to copy, distribute, or modify any casinomcw content without prior written consent.
• Using the casinomcw name, logo, or brand for personal or commercial purposes without authorisation is prohibited.
• Casinomcw reserves the right to pursue legal action against any party that infringes our intellectual property rights.

10CasinoMCW Liability Limits

The casinomcw platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates smoothly at all times, casinomcw makes no guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, technical errors, or inaccuracies at all times.

Casinomcw shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:

• Technical disruptions or system maintenance that impairs access to the platform.
• Game outcomes that do not favour the member, which are an inherent risk of gaming.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
• Loss of internet connection or device failure during a gaming session.
• Any financial losses arising from gameplay decisions made by the member.

11Account Suspension and Termination

Casinomcw reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time where reasonable grounds exist, including but not limited to violations of these terms, fraud, or suspicious activity.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the casinomcw support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process, provided no terms violations have been established.

• Accounts terminated due to fraud are not eligible for a balance refund.
• Members whose accounts have been terminated are not permitted to register a new account without casinomcw's authorisation.
• An appeal may be submitted to the support team within 30 days from the date of termination.

12Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises between you and casinomcw, we encourage you to contact our customer support team first to seek an amicable resolution. Most issues can be resolved quickly through this channel.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 14 working days, the matter will be referred to an independent arbitrator appointed by casinomcw. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

• All disputes relating to game outcomes must be submitted within 7 days of the date of the incident.
• Disputes submitted after this period may not be processed.
• Casinomcw will investigate every complaint thoroughly and fairly based on system records.

13Amendment of Terms and Conditions

Casinomcw reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform, unless a specific effective date is stated otherwise.

We will endeavour to provide advance notice via registered email or in-platform notification in the event of significant changes. The responsibility to review the latest terms at all times rests with you as a member.

Continued use of the casinomcw platform after any amendment to the terms is considered full acceptance of the latest version of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the amendments, you have the right to close your account.
